Who am I?

I’m Lea, the founder of AI Growth Lounge. My background is in digital strategy, content, and SEO, but my focus here is simple: helping people over 40 learn to use AI to create more income, independence, and opportunity in their work and life.

I started AI Growth Lounge because I believe AI shouldn’t be intimidating or reserved for tech insiders. My approach is practical and grounded. I share what works, what doesn’t, and how to apply new tools in ways that make a tangible difference. This is a space for real learning, experimentation, and progress, whether you’re brand new to AI or looking to sharpen your edge.
